Shipping policy
All orders are processed after successful payment authorisation and are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, a tracking number is issued and delivery is handled by a third-party courier or postal service.
An order is considered successfully fulfilled once the tracking status confirms delivery to the address supplied by the customer.
Responsibility for the shipment transfers upon confirmed delivery. Any delivery issues must be reported to our support team within a reasonable timeframe.
