At Calmistry, your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. This policy outlines your rights under the Australian Consumer Law as well as our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee (No Change-of-Mind After Dispatch)

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date you receive your order.
However, once an order has been dispatched, we do not accept change-of-mind cancellations or returns.
The 30-day guarantee applies only if:

✅ The product is unused
✅ The product is in its original condition and packaging
✅ The reason for return is not change-of-mind (e.g. wanting a different colour/size, no longer wanting the product, purchased by mistake, etc.)

Return postage for non-faulty items remains the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request:

✅ Photographic or video evidence
✅ Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty or damaged goods. There is no fixed time limit for reporting a major fault, though we encourage customers to notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.

Exclusions from Refunds

Refunds will not be issued if:

✅ The product has been used
✅ The item has been damaged through misuse, liquids, chemicals, or physical force
✅ You were made aware of defects before purchase
✅ You found the product cheaper elsewhere

Seasonal & Limited-Edition Items

Christmas items, advent calendars, and other seasonal or limited-edition products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds at any time.
These items are eligible for a refund or replacement only if faulty or damaged, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
